Sorta kinda? Not all 19s will fit over the Akebono's. The spokes will determine that. My Enkei 18s fit for one.

Damn I am still on the edge if I should buy or not. I am getting the feeling I should just buy better pads, rotors, and SS brake lines.....

If you don't foresee heavy tracking and don't mind the looks of your OEM calipers, that solution will be more than sufficient!

Could I use my 2007 G35X wheels on the akebono's with spacers?

^ No.... it's not an offset issue as much as it's clearing the outer diameter of the calipers. I guess in theory if you had like an 8" spacer it would work :-)
