It's been 6 months already.

That puts you on an average of around 13-14k miles/yr. which is not too bad.

2007 g35x 65k miles, aside from wear and tear, I needed front wheel bearings, a radiator hose, 2 door lock actuators, and a new tensioner pulley/belts. Also my brakes warped so I had to have the TSB done. I don't really count the peeling trim as a major problem since they replaced it and I saw it on every brand used car I looked at with the soft touch paint. Even so, I am a little let down, was expecting fewer issues from a Japanese car. Engine runs well and oil is still clean when I go to change it so that is comforting.

I am at 100k, bought my car at just under 94k. It is an 07 6mt. The car had its 2nd slave go out on me on day 1.... but i knew i was getting into some repair cost because i bought my 2nd gen 6mt for $15,800+ttl

I replaced the clutch with jwt and heavy duty slave and nismo bearing. total instaled was $1500.

The clutch and transmission feel suuuuuper solid now and she grabs haaard!

I drive a ton, love to wrench, and have a good friend with a shop that just does *** imports who hooks me up. I am very happy with the residual value/cost of my car and am very glad I did not shell out for a newer lower mileage or a 335i.

Really couldn't be happier and plan to run this thing to the ground!!!

I did 16k per year from when I bought it. The sad part is, this isnt the only car I drive during the course of a year haha

Just under 140,000. 2008 IP G35xS. Have gotten the 30k, 60k, 82.5k and 120k maintenance done. Premium gas only. Synthetic oil only.

No major problems at all thus far however I will list what I have noticed.

- My MPG has stayed steady at around 21-22.
- Windwasher sprayers have no pressure. Basically are worthless.
- Car seems to have lost a step or two. Does not have the same take off from a stop.
- The steering wheel seems to vibrate a lot more, especially at higher speeds.
- I feel the exhaust note has gotten louder. More of a rumble now.
- Paint chips are a HUGE problem. My entire front bumper looks basically like a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream.

That is really it. The car is still a joy to drive. My wife has a 2010 TL and every time I drive her car, I find myself urging to get back behind the G.
