Your choices are fairly limited for an economical tire on those 19" rims. Have you considered possibly trying a 235/45-19 or a 235/40-19 ? They are about 1.3% taller and 2.1% shorter in diameter (respectively) than the 225/45's you're looking for, so not really a big deal. Maybe you'll come up with some other options that way.
