Micro Switches for shifter

So this is the second time i have had this issue. Apparently there is a "Micro switches" within the shifter that keep going bad in my car. When i try to go into sport it will stay for about 30 seconds and go right back to normal drive. Can anyone help with this. I would rather do it myself as i feel these micro switches can be cheap and i feel like this will happen every year or so. Any help will be much appreciated.
