OK so here's an update.... dealer said it was 1 quart over filled at my last 30k service.... 24k ago... I don't know how in hell nothing happened in 24k miles of driving... I guess when I drove for an hour in DS mode doing 80-90 really pushed it over the edge.

He said the fluid looked OK, I looked at it my self... no froth, seemed pink... although I'm not sure... if I can get some feedback on the pic that would be appreciated. He tried to say that since it seems OK, they were just goin to drain... I talked him into doing a full blown flush since I don't know if the fluid has been compromised... and since I got 24k on it as is and a free flush is the least they can do.

The thing I'm wondering bout is, he told me that our tranny has a blow vent built in to leak excess fluid incase pressures get high, to prevent seals and gaskets rupturing. I don't know if this is true or if he's jerking me around since this happened at his dealership. I did read online somewhere about this blow vent, just can't confirm if the G has one...

Heres what the fluid looked like..
