Ok guys just for the update, the copper gasket spray worked pretty well. I can't hear it at all. It deff needed some time to expand and the gaskets at the corners were almost gone. So i coated it a couple of times and then put it on, sprayed more around the edges and the holes were the screws are. It didn't seem to have made a different the first time i went out but the next day, it was almost inaudable and from the cabin its quiet as it used to be. I wonder about the gaskets from the headers to the test pipes cause i only took the gaskets off from the test pipe to the cat back exhaust.

Glad to hear it worked well for you.

Wish you had used the copper when the gaskets were new, but depending on the condition of the current gasket, only time can tell if it will hold.

megan added the flex pipe on the later designs because of cracking issues. Mine are still going strong, put them on last october. They are cheap though, so the quality isn't going to be all that consistent or great.
