Much appreciated I either lost the template or never got it when I did my toe bolts. How much material is being cut away? Doesn't look like much at all.

Print this and measure to make sure you get the same dimensions that are shown.

That would be similar to what I used, I had a multi bit pack from an off brand source that I used but the wheels are about the same.

^ Thanks! Over my lunch break I purchased those #420 dremel metal cutting wheels and they worked like a charm. Only used one but these would come in handy for anything metal as it cut through steel with ease. If you want to save yourself some time simply remove the portion of your exhaust that runs by the toe bolt hole. With the exhaust out of the way there is tons of room to use a dremel without the snake vertically with these cutting discs. Hope this helps as if I knew this right away I would have been done yesterday. :-)

Glad it worked as well for you. Much simpler when you can actually see what you're doing w/ room to spare Also those wheels are about 1/20th the cost of those cut bits

hey Mike.... Do you have a DIY on the toe bolt install? I know there is some grinding required.. Is it possible to go back to stock after it's installed... It is actually necessary?

Here's one from My350z -- http://www.batit.com/forumpics/spctoeboltinstall.pdf

There is no going back, basically if you sell the car, the aftermarket kit needs to go with it.

Depending on how bad your alignment is and how low a drop you have, i think it's necessary, otherwise you'd be almost as limited with the settings as the OEM set-up.

Thanks Mike... Always helpful.. I got the toes within specs on my last alignment.. But with some rear camber.. What do you think? Still need the toe bolts?

If you plan on bringing camber back to spec, that toe will increase. When you give on one, you take from the other, and vice versa.

Otherwise, those are actually pretty good specs. The toe is a little high, IMHO, but nothing too bad.
