My front driver side window only. So couple of weeks ago i left my car outside it was a really hot day got into the car went to roll down my window it fell out of place. Had to bring it up with my hands drove for a bit with the ac on for about 10 miles or so went to roll it down it went down normal.

I have noticed any time i leave my car and my window gets hot ( the glass hot to the touch of my hand) it always falls off whenever i try to roll it down. When its cold to the touch of my hand goes down normal. I had to put it up with my hand about 3-4 times ( keep forgetting that my window is hot get in the car my first reaction is to roll down my window.)

Now my question is has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what the problem could be.

Searched the forums and came across this Diy: Sticky For Window Motor Repairs/door Panel Removal for the window removal. Just wondering before i do end up taking my door apart anyone experience this or anyone that has any input.

i havent seen any posts relating to the glass falling 'out of place' due to temps, but if its just that at times the window moves up and down slowly then thats a common issue due to the guides, if you go infinithelp there is a complete detailed TSB on this issue and how to fix it which is easy but time consuming and there is a diy on how to remove the door panel in the diy section here i believe which is pretty easy as well
