yeah always be professional about it, give them time to fix, then if that doesn't work get nasty.

 

The plan is not to overreact at this point and give them an opportunity to make things right. If that is something that they are not willing to do then I will threaten an follow through as needed.

^ thats good calm thinking... if they try to put you off further other than the week they asked for then contact BBB for sure, you can do that online but make sure you record/remember the date/time of when you talked to the person and their name since BBB likes to have detailed info.
