AC evaporator condensation - how to drain?

When I go around corners or brake I can hear the blower fan contact a pool of water. So I figure my drain tube must be clogged. Any advice? Specifically:

1. If I remove the glove box will I have sufficient access to be able to clear the
clog from above?

2. If I want to approach the other direction, where would I find the outlet underneath the car?

Thanks!
Dan

Finally found where the tube comes out. It is near the front of the passenger door close to the side of the car. The tube end is about 1" up above a circular hole. I catheterized and it all emptied. The blockage was only a few inches into the tube.

That feels a lot better!
