Quick question about replacing Rear Sway bar

Hi, I have a g35X 2007 and I am thinking about ordering the rear sway (g37 ones) but can I reuse my bushings? or can I just buy set from autozone?

A new after market sway bar should include new bushings. Are you saying you are ordering the OEM G37 sway?
You can re-use the factory end links.

Wouldn't the G37X sway bar be the same as your G35X sway bar?

I've purchased G37s rear sway bar. front g35x/g37x's rear sway is like a toothpick.
g37s/g37/370z's can be fitted on g37x/g37x.

my question use reusing the bushings if they are not damaged.

Just a guess, but if the G35X sway bar is a toothpick compared to the G37S then the bushings you have likely won't properly fit the bar.

Edit
From post 3 here
"Yes, the rear bars are interchangeable on all models, coupe or sedan.
Only differences are the bushing sizes."

Yes but if you get a sway bar from a non x, the bar will be thicker

I would use the bushings from the sport model the bar came from, if they look OK. If they don't you'll need OEM ones or something like this should work (I'd ask them if they are for sport model or not):

i swapped my rear on my X for one from a RWD, yes you need new bushings, cost me 12$ from infiniti parts

and the thicker bar in the rear makes a huge difference! if you have aftermarket exhaust you may need to drop it down to get the sway bar in

Great! I got my rear sway g37s and ballast to replace (my headlight doesn't work). I'll get some pictures and my thoughts on the rear sway upgrade.

Haha you got it man. It's been raining and thunder storming lately. Since I don't have a garage, I need to wait for some nice weather. At least not raining.

Oh btw does anyone know if I can just replace my oem headlight ballast on the passenger side through fender wall? Instead of removing the headlight?

Did you find GXXXV X thread about the sway bar. He put the oem x and jurney bar next to each other and you can see the difference between the two.
