^^ kool, you should be able to upgrade to IOS6 now for the 4s, I did it the other day. There are some funky problems that people, including myself, had when we upgraded from 5.1.1. to 6 but it seems all sorted out now. When you do it, pay close attention to your battery life because that old problem seems to have reared its head again for some folks. Luckily I have the case with the built in battery so I can go charge on the go if need be.

I couldn't call out on mine for about 4 hours after I updated it without having to turn on speaker but after throwing it on the floor it worked, lol. I went to a forum to see what problems people were having and sure enough I wasn't the only one who had that problem. As far as battery life, people are reporting quicker battery drain on there's and I concur. I've watched mine lose power at a much accellerated rate than before flashing to IOS6. I have one of those cases with the built in battery just for safe assurances,

Just ordered this yesterday
Leave this connected to the center console cig lighter and get a cord that turns 3.5mm to red and white plugs. According to the reviews when you start your car up the Bluetooth will turn on and auto connect to your phone. If I ever need to charge my phone and listen I have a usb cigarette adapter that I plug into the ash tray

Don't you guys wish they still used Google maps?
Here's a tip for battery life: there is no need to let the battery drain before you charge it up - that actually lowers battery life. Keep your battery above 50% charge. The battery is good for something ridiculous like 100,000 charges with each charge lowering battery life. But if you keep it above 50%, it counts as only one charge no matter how many times you charge it up as far as battery life is concerned. Each time you let it get below 50% or so and charge it, that will count as another charge. And don't let your battery die, it's worse than using a charge. The source of this info are engineers at Apple who personally did the extensive battery life testing.
For those having problems with your battery after upgrading the OS, can't help you there...

Bumping for any updates? A little more reading indicates the not supported 'iPod out' was to better mimic the iPod interface. Engadget had a BMW/Mini reference to it, but I don't know if its core to our Infiniti support.
So would someone PLEASE verify or debunk? Lots of anxious G35 drivers are waiting!
