Can you provide an update to this dashcam? Any problems you've experienced since you got it, or reliability issues? I've read that the heat issue wasn't actually completely resolved. Would you still recommend getting this? It goes for about 270 on Amazon. Would you think that's a fair buy?

It's working just fine, no issues at all. Still highly recommended The price seems to fluctuate a bit, and i hear there's a newer version out as well.

And how much did you pay for yours? I found one on ebay for $300

 

Those prices really do fluctuate. That or they're getting so popular, the prices have gone up. Got mine for $218 with expedited shipping.

btw, try researching the Livue lb100, it's getting decent reviews and is significantly cheaper, even with the optional external battery.
