Rims question

I have a 07 G35x and I have 4 forged rays 19 inch rims from a G coupe friend. Would they fit on my sedan? This might be a dumb question but I got my car like 3 month ago and I have no clue about tire size, tread size etc. Thanks guys!

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
It really is easy to search out these types of answers but to answer your question not only will they fit, they'll look awesome as well.

this leads me to the other question. Some people say its bad for me to use coupe rims cause they are wider for the rear tires and on a all wheel drive its bad? and that I am very likely to blow a differential with coupe rims and tire sizes because the ECU doesn't know how to handle it. Is this true?

The concern about wheels/tires on the X model isn't about the width, it's about the diameter; namely that the fronts are the same as the backs. As long as you have the same overall diameters (wheels + tires) between front and rear, you can pretty much run any size tire you can stuff in there so long as it doesn't hit anything. BTW, If you are thinking of running a different set of wheels on your car, make sure you have the correct lug nuts for the wheels you intend to use.
