VQ when u say unloaded, ur referring to coasting the car down the road without any gas being applied right? If so, when I let my foot off the gas from lets say 80mph, as it slows down to 60-58mph the vibration comes back
Yeah, that's what I was referring to. Although I'd even go so far as to shift into neutral while coasting down (even in an automatic) to eliminate ANY influence from the drive train on the symptoms. Nonetheless, it sure doesn't sound like it's involved. It's just such an easy way to eliminate so much from the equation, I've come to do it routinely when troubleshooting.

after spending hours searching on here and Google, i took the car for a ride and I noticed that my vibration/humming issue really starts as low as 50mph .... and changes in pitch and sound and gets louder up to 60, at which point its noticeable.

I didn't get a chance to take pics of the weights on the tire yet... doing that tomorrow if its not raining.

I wanted to check and see if I had a bent rim AND a seized caliper by lifting up one tire at a time with the OEM jack that came with the spare... is it ok to rotate by hand each wheel on an AWD?
