Battery Suggestions?

That's odd...every website I visited, including Costco's log book said that the 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe is group 24 battery. In fact, if you go on Advance Auto parts, Autozone, or Costco Log book, if you try to use a Group 24 battery for a 2008 Infiniti G35 sedan, it says it doesn't fit. Group 35 is the exact fit for OEM for sedans. I even compared my Group 35 battery from Costco to the OEM battery in my car, and they're the same size.
The problem is that for year 2007 Infiniti G's, there was the older design V35 G35 coupe as well as the newer design V36 Infiniti G35 sedan. The best way to do this is to use 2008 Infiniti G35, as it is the only one with the sedan that's identical to the 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan. For the 2008 year, only the G37 coupe or the G35 sedan exist. I never like to say 2007 Infiniti G35, as it makes it very confusing for everyone since a lot of them don't distinguish between the older generation coupe or sedan. I always say 2008 Infiniti G35 to avoid confusion.
However, you can use a group 24 in place of group 35 battery, since they have the same width.
Even on the DIY for our V36 sedans say it should be group 35.

Even though the group 24 will fit, I thought that a group 35 typically had more CCA's and RC than the 24's did. When I eventually replace mine I will definitely be looking for a group35 anyway.

First off,
I am not here to confuse, only help and provide OEM parts to whoever needs them at a discounted price
I can't say what Tommy's Aunt's Sister's Brother put in their car,
you can use either most likely,
OEM says
Coupe - 35
Sedan - 24
QB35C has 550 CCV
QB24F has 575 CCV
it's your choice,
price is the same
that is all
