Seems like its made by Orange Electronics to work with Infiniti OEM system but would still require to be registered to the car.

I have the entire Orange Electronics TPMS Kit instead of the OEM system which i have been very happy with for the same price as this with a separate led display that shows exact psi/temp in each tire so you might want to look into that as well as an option.

^^ I concur with kool. If you're spending good money a replacement set, you might as well consider a full replacement with something that shows a proper display (as opposed to the stock idiot indicator light).
