Exclamation center console side dash near glove box falling apart.Glue recommendations? pic

i have a 2007 g sedan 6mt, i am noticing the center console side panel is starting to come out. Last week i did the cabin filter change since then it seems its falling apart.

I was looking at previous owners records and it appears he has had this issue in the past but on the instrument cluster, which infiniti replaced under warranty. I no longer have warranty, can someone recommend what i should do to stick that piece back in??

Here are some pics as to which piece is sticking out.

Don't bother just buy another new one. i tried to fix that part along with the instrumental panel shroud. It just wouldn't stick. the passenger side is holding out fine but the driver side you can see the edge of the rubber popping out. Those panels cost around $40 last time i checked.

Infiniti knows about this issue because the new panels are no longer padded and just a thin piece of plastic now. I had to change both sides on mine too.

Getting new ones will be better in the long run.

You'll need to remove the rear panel of your glove box too.

I did mine in June 2012. Back then, I paid $67 for each side.
