Lots of shaking

My 2007 X with around 115000 KM started to shake when idle a couple of days ago. As soon as I start it up it shakes or when I'm at a red light. I can feel it through the drivers seat. My RPMs are stable and the same as usual, nothing weird happening there. Yesterday it was shaking so much when I first started it up in the morning that I heard something rattling from underneath the car.
A couple days before all this started I was experience really bad fuel economy, I don't know if that is related to this. What could be causing this?

I take it there are no codes? Seems too new to be engine mounts but I would check there first.

There are no codes. The maintenance is upto date except I need to change the AT oil. But can that cause shaking? The plugs I thought were at 115K miles?

Is it a constant shake or comes and goes? My car would sporadically shake at idle when I had a vacuum leak. Do you have access to something that can show you real-time data?

No I don't. What type of vacuum leak? Could you smell anything?

Well, in my case there was a leak between my brake master cylinder and brake booster. This caused additional air to be sucked into my engine messing the fuel trims up. You don't really smell anything, but if your car runs with no loss of power it could be a vacuum leak.

You'd want to check your connections between the plenum, intake tube, and vacuum lines.

Could it just be a fill of bad gas? It happens.
