So I just installed a Top Speed non-resonated TP with Top Speed exhaust including Y-pipe. I am getting a metal clinging noise throughout all rpms. But very noticeable between 3-3500k rpm. Is it the TP?
and also what are good Combos for the VQ35HR?

Get a pair of CNT resonated test pipes, Top Speed is relatively loud with fairly free flowing mufflers. If anything after CNT resonated test pipes if you are still not happy you could add/biggest detonators to exhaust after y pipe,

I have removed all heat shields. I'm sure its the TP. Hopefully a resonated TP will get rid of most of the clinging/rasp.

A low quality TP won't solve your issue, you'll need a higher end Res TP if you really want to get rid of the noise :/.

CNT resonated test pipes, I promise you, actually sound better than when I had my Z1 motorsports 300 cell high flow cats.
