I changed the battery about one year ago. And the throttle bodies and maf were cleaned about three to four months ago.

Anybody have a vacuum line diagram for 08 Infiniti g35 sedan? I'm trying to figure out what line I need to pour deadpan in to check for leaks as well what lines I need to be checking. Thanks.

I don't have time to look for it at the moment, but I know the vacuum system diagram is in the FSM.

Thank you I found what I needed. I want to give a little bit more description on the issue. The issue has been happening even before I did the tune up while replacing my water pump. The issue was minor just hestitating very minor like every couple of mins now it's 10-30times a min. I have had the battery, clean throttle body, egr value, timing chain, tensioner, coolant, water pump, spark plugs, ignition coils all cleaned or replaced. So anything else you guys think I should check? So far I have done an ecm reset and re-program through dealer, seafoam fuel tank. Next I'm working on pouring seafoam through pvc or if I can find brake booster line to engine.

Sounds like you've covered a lot of the most likely suspects. Maybe the the idea of a injector glitching isn't too far fetched there.

Cylinder 6 misfire detected. So now I'm worried about driving the vehicle around.

Random thoughts triggered by that info:

How is #6 injector?
How is #6 coil?
How is compression in #6 cylinder?
How does #6 cylinder hold up in a leakdown test?
Is there any indication of hydrocarbons in the coolant?
Is there any indication of coolant in the motor oil?

I may be totally off. But I would suggest a "Idle air volume learn". Just to see if it helps.
It won't hurt to try.
