Thinking about doing my roof black, and putting one of bluebat's headlight vinyl wrapping on. The one on left is a photoshop image of what it could look like, the one on the right is original pic. Let me know which one u guys think looks better.

 

I had those overlays on my G previously. I have since opened them up and painted them and also changed the lens to an STiR from theretrofitsource.com Much happier w/ the latest version.

wow both looks cool imo. which tint % did u get from bats?

 

Looks clean as f***... wrapped the chrome trim too...

 

That was the opaque black, not tint.

 

I like some minimalism so I'd say the wrapped roof looks sick esp with the dipped grille but leave the lights stock, maybe clear your corners. It's all personal pref man.

Honestly painted headlights looks so impressive but it's a pretty big project to undertake.

 

True that^^
Most definitely a PITA, but worth a weekend of time. But one of those projects you need to get right the first time, not something you want to do over. And anyone that paints their lights should change the lens to an STiR, best $50 I've spent on my G.
