what track has a 20 minute lap time?

He means during hour sessions you rotate every 20 minutes in novice, isn't, advanced.

It would actually make more sense if he'd said 20 minutes of LAPPING. The total number of laps driven then being dependent on the size of the course and driver ability.

Sorry for late response,, This was a few years ago,, the local Audi club, plows a little road course, a 1/4 mile OVAL, (this was down to bare ice) and a skid pad, they actually timed the road course event,, and the other spots on the lake were just take turns, and learn car control. so obviously the speeds were not that high, but it was still diff. to go quickly and stay in the plowed portions of the course, We had lunch right on the lake,( brought our own) and then at the end of the day went to the Minn. horse and hunt club for cocktails! btw, there was a couple of vehicles, ( an old jetta, and a wrx) with studded tires,, and they just flew like it was asphalt!! super fun,, I have not been able to do it since,, (sometimes the lake didn't freeze enough, or had other interests)
