Do i just install them and they'll work fine? Or do I have to reset it? Can you guys guide me on what I need to do? Thanks.

Take your car to one of the major tire company's they will need to remove the tire to correctly install the new tire pressure sensors! I had mine installed last week at American tire, took two guys 30 minutes and I was back on the road...Gary

If they're new (as in not from your original, oem wheel when you got the car), then they'll need to be programmed. I "believe" only the dealer can do that, but I may be wrong.

Anyone can install them, but not everyone can program them.
