Sticky or seized caliper

Sticky or seized caliper
Hellos g35 community. I recently had two separate incidents of my steering wheel shaking when going over 45 mph. I decided to stop and put air in the tires and check for uneven wear from a possible unbalanced tire. After putting air in the tires the shaking went away but I wasn't convinced that was the solution. Later I put the car up and spun the driver side and passenger side front wheels. The driver side spun fine but the passenger side would barely move with minimal force and I heard and can see the brake pad pressed up to the rotor. So now I believe the caliper is sticking or is somewhat seized. Other than the occasional shaking I haven't had any other issues but it does pull very very slightly to the right which I presumed to be the alignment. My question is could it be that the pins in the caliper or the piston are rusted or need some lube (anti seize) or should I replace the caliper as a whole. Also if by chance I could find a pair of akebono calipers from a g37 would the fit in place of the stock ones I have now? Or any other recommended aftermarket calipers? Thanks
