Anybody have any idea why the ticking noise for my turn signals stopped working?

 

This is an old post from the older model G35 but is possibly the same for our cars

Does the ticking still work with your hazard lights? The "ticker" is actually called the buzzer, and it is contained within the combination meter in the speedo cluster. The ticking is controlled by the BCM sending a signal to the combo meter to activate the ticking. The signal is sent via the unified meter and AC amp located in the console by the radio. You want to look at pages EXL-24/25 as well as EXL-76/77 and schematics are EXL-101 thru 104. The Hazard function is related and on EXL-81/82.
