G35x base bogging-then dieing upon take off under low rpm

Title says it...my 08 g35x just bogs out then dies when accelerating slowly (you can feel the bog in the pedal, around 1200rpm) then I take my foot off pedal and the car is off...if I accelerate past it I can save it from bogging out an dying out. ts not good for in traffic, city driving. any ideas??? To be clear it doesn't happen while moving, only from a stop, and it only happens when I accelerate up to around 1200 RPM THEN take my foot off right away boggs out and makes the car die out....
PS this is my first post so hi!!

Likely a failed engine sensor - get your trouble codes read (sounds like a camshaft or crank shaft sensor) and get yourself out of limp mode.

hey thanks for stopping by! I did get the engine read but no code was being thrown, also the car drives normal when its accelerated to where I can keep accelerating like if no one is in front of me at a light or I get a few green lights in a row and go, but once I'm stopped and start to accelerate if I have to let off the gas right away,( like if I only get it up to 1200 rpm, then take my foot off) is when it happens., could that still be a camshaft or crank shaft sensor? and what is "limp mode" ? Thank you again for stopping by and giving input!

base 04 sedan and 07 sport sedan
Mine did that when the magnetic exhaust timing retarders crapped out. If i drove it like i stole it, it did fine. Slowly accelerating from a stop it would stumble and die. It DID throw a code tho
