G35X VDC trips when 1-2 shift.

'07 g35x
Occasionally i get a buck from 1 to 2 and my VDC light blinks to indicate slippage. its odd to me that 75% of the time the shift is buttery smooth, its never done it at low rpms, only happens when i floor it, any suggestions?
Car is high mileage, but tranny fluid looks great. 176k on her.

Are you chirping second gear? That's a thing that happens on my RWD when I really cane it from 1 to 2.

Could also be slipping the internal clutches in the transmission due to age and the vehicle is detecting it as wheel slip because of the difference between input turbine rotation and wheel speed sensors. I don't know how fancy the tech is for the ATTES-A on that year of X though.

update

Had the fluid flushed and a BG brand conditioner put in. It's all good now. I miss my 1988 Corvettes low end torque. This thing shifts down and hangs a bit more than I'd like at higher rpms.
