Get quotes from a few local body shops as well as recommendations from your insurance agent

Visit your local body shops getting an estimate, try a paint less dent removal shop but I wouldn't advise notifying your insurance company! That little dent won't cost near what your deductible is so leave your insurance out of the picture. Unless a dent removal shop can take that out (I doubt it) regardless of your paint condition it will have to be repainted!

That dent is going to be impossible fix with a suction cup so skip the paintless dent removal. I would check local wrecking yards for another fender in the same paint color code first, you might get lucky and have one locally. As with any body work I only recommend going to the best shop in town or it's just going to be an eyesore for the rest of the vehicles life.
