Clean look options for running cables in the interior of the car
Sorry for being a noob, I've definitely seen way more complex information and solutions posted on here.
I just bought a phone vent holder with built in wireless charging. Trying to figure out a way to run a charging cable to the device that also looks half decent. I was initially looking at adhesive clips but I don't like the way they look. Is there any kind of glue or adhesive that would be strong enough to keep the cable in place while easy to remove if needed?

Unplug the Ipod port.
Run the charging cable through the armrest from your new empty Ipod port
Through the center console
Past the shifter
To the left under the steering column
Keep the cable behind the dash
Run it up and pop the end out to the right side of the gauge cluster next to the right vent.
You should have only inches of cable exposed at the end.
Buy a right angle Charging cable.
