Low RPM while driving

I’m having an issue when driving, my engine rpms dip down really low. When i give the car gas I really have to push on the pedal otherwise it feels like there’s not a lot of power. The car also shakes lightly at idle when previously it didn’t. Anyone have any ideas?

Sometimes a vacuum leak can do this. Have you changed anything or uninstalled/reinstalled any intake related parts and hoses?

Pull the spark plugs, if it's been more than 50k since they were changed then just replace them, if they don't have many miles on them inspect them because they will tell you a LOT about what's going on in the combustion chamber.

Then there's a REALLY good chance they're the issue. The paperwork all says they're good for 100k but in practice you're lucky to get 75k out of them before you start having slight issues. I think the HR motor uses the same NGK PLFR5A-11 as the DE motor but you should verify that before purchasing them.
