08 Sedan Nav screen upgrade

I got the grom vline v2 and now was wondering how I would go about upgrad the nav screen to something with a higher resolution this 08 OEM screen is just not cutting it. Can I pull one out of a newer model infiniti or find one aftermarket.? Any suggestions

Your mom's boyfriend
I've seen a nexus 7 modded and swapped out into our factory screens ...
After trying 6", 7", and 10.5" screens, I'm currently using a nexus 9 and the resolution is amazing : 1536 x 2048 pixels, 4:3 ratio (~281 ppi density)
The tablet does pretty much everything I could ever want, for very little money (under $50)
This is coming from years of being in the mp3car community before the site shutdown.

I'd check in the AV subforum, typically where stuff like that is kept.
