Nav install on a non nav car?? 08 g35

has been discussed before if you want to incorporate the OEM nav into non-nav then its hardly worth it and would amount close to $2000 and A LOT of work unless you can find parts used and cheap. The hardest part imo is to change the wiring harness, then of course you have to swap out the screen, console, get and install a hard drive with infiniti map and other software etc... no one that i have seen has done this but many have thought about it before backing out because of these reasons.
best thing is to get an aftermarket nav like pioneer or other and incorporate/replace with stock screen, this has been done and can be found on this forum by searching
