Multiple electrical gremlins after engine replacement

Alright guys. This one is driving me nuts. Had the engine replaced about 2 weeks ago in my 07 g35 s sedan. I bought it with a seized engine so not sure if problem was there before swap or not. The dash illumination resets to all the way dim, the trip meter resets to 0.0, and the maintenance reminders all reset everytime the ignition is turned off. The mileage and fuel economy stays tho. Also I'm getting some random codes that pop up when i hit a rough section of road. It does need the bank 1 sensor 1 o2 replaced which is causing it to stay in closed loop. That's the only 2 codes that are consistent. I've gotten cylinder 1 misfire code once, a mass air sensor code once, p0024 once or twice, and p0014 several times. Also when i plug in my hone tho charge while connected to the aux input i get some pretty decent alternator whine. I'm considering a grounding kit just to make sure it's not a ground issue. Any idea's on where to start looking? I've checked the obvious connections and no change

You have a loose wire, double check the alternator, battery, then start chasing down chassis grounds.

"Random code that pops up when you hit a rough section of road". This pretty much tells the whole story, it's a loose wire.

Just hoping they didn't damage the wiring harness somewhere doing the swap

Not that I've found. Everything looks fine that I've checked so far

Well got the o2 sensor replaced today. Made the 30+ mile drive home with no problem. Got back in it and went to town and the check engine light came back. Throwing a p0014 again. Reomoved the vvt solenoid and tested and cleaned it. Tests good and wasn't dirty enough to complain about. Put it back in, cleared the code and went for another ride. Came back after a while. Need to test the connector for voltage next. Still loose my trip meter and dash illumination settings with every ignition off.

Ok... starting over, your trip odometer resetting is probably a blown fuse preventing full-time power from reaching the instrument panel when the car is turned off.

Check fusible link slot C and K

Check IPDM fuses 50, 51

Check Fuse Block - J/B (cabin) fuses 11, 6, 4, 19, 3, 10

My gut it telling me it's FB-J/B fuse 11.

Well. I feel stupid. There isn't even a fuse in location 11. Gonna run to the store and grab one. Got my fingers crossed

I now have a security light in the dash, the dash lights are keeping their setting, and the lcd is staying on the mpg/average speed setting when i kill it. I can't thank you enough. My ocd was driving me nuts. Now if i can just figure out the random codes. I found 1 ground loose, but it was the small one for the headlights on the passenger side fender. Gonna keep looking. Thank you again

Well it's progress anyways, clear all the codes and report back which ones return.

These come back pretty much every time i hit a bump. It has test pipes so that explains one. The other is the one I'm really worried about
