White Smoke Coming From Exhaust

I have a 2007 Infinity G35. The car ran great. I decided to have an after market multimedia receiver with Android Auto for my wife. We took it to a car audio shop where they fried something in the car. the instrument cluster was dead; the SRS light came on. The car would not start. I had the car towed to a local mechanic where he replaced the instrument cluster, the airbag module and the ECM. The car now starts, the airbag light is off and the instrument cluster lights up again. However, there is white smoke coming from the exhaust when the car is turned on. Like I said, the car was running perfectly when I dropped it off at the car audio shop and now my mechanic does NOT know what's wrong with the car and why its producing white smoke from the exhaust. Someone please help...

Compression test, leakdown test, call a lawyer about suing for damages caused by the stereo shop.

I took the car to the dealership. They found that the audio shop crossed some wires after putting the factory stereo back in the car. The dealership fixed that and car now starts but the dealer told me that I need a new battery or new alternator because the car would die after removing the jumpers off the car. I took the car back to my mechanic and he swapped out the alternator since I just had it replaced less than a year ago. I purchased a new battery and the battery is still not holding a charge. Also, my instrument cluster is dead. Any ideas on what to do next?

Probably blew the fuse for the alternator in the fusible link, that's the part that bolts directly to the positive battery post, it's got a bunch of fuses in it.

I haven't gotten that far yet. I was waiting till I had the car all fixed from the damages they caused. After that's done, I will go back to the shop with all my invoices in hand and have a discussion with the shop owner and try to work something out. If they do not cooperate, off to small claims court we go.
