Usually it will be at the hoses not the R&P itself but that really varies from one vehicle to another. You're going to need to get the car up on jackstands, remove the bottom side splash shield, wipe everything down with a rag to it's all clean, then run it until it leaks again.
Or add dye to the system, personally that's a last resort for me because you get UV dye on everything and it can make future troubleshooting that much harder. Plus there's nothing on the power steering system that's hidden and hard to see (thus the use of dye).
