It’s a 2007 Infiniti g35

Coolant disappearing without external leak or white smoke blowing out the pipes

I got a 2008 g35 second gen sedan coolant started mixing with the oil but in got under the car and it don’t have no external leaks and the exhaust is not blowing white smoke can’t anyone help me out and let me know what can be the issue and is my engine still repairable or do I need a replacement.
