Was curious if anyone has ever installed the "real" deal into the lower grille/fog blanks area? Did a quick ebay/amazon search, but nothing really jumped out.
that you switch either with remote control or cycle the fog light switch.
It's not a easy process, you'll need to cut the holes out and then mount them. I used 1/2" PVC tubing and two drywall screws (it's all i had on hand that day). I didn't make a video about it because it's not something that just anyone can do by watching a video and if you make the wrong cut, you'll ruin your bumper as those blank grills are part of the bumper cover and do not separate.
It looks nice but don't add any light, it's just for looks.. You can see more of them in my photo album..
they probably ran out of money after jamming that HR motor into this thin frame.. Like i said, its just for looks.. I should of bought a set of hole saw bits, it makes it easier and if you don't have that radar cruise control crap, then it's even easier.. Those dual LEDs are also nice, i can have LED white or yellow color. I paid $35 for them and def worth it..
