Wow, it's tastefully done!

I've been defending Infiniti from the BMW and Lexus owners on Autospies for a while now. So I thought I'd post them. I saw the official pics on the other thread and WOW. Very tastefully done and the interior is great. Now for the official engine specs...

Wrong assumption ...
The 2.5L Skyline is a V35 chassis, VQ engine, GT250 model

one more time.... for those who missed my previous post.

So in keeping with past Nissan naming, The V35 body could conceivably have a VQ37 engine with a GT370 model designation. Remember the car is just as much designed for Japanese comsumers as for North America.

Noticed the struts on the hood in one pic. Wonder if that means no more aluminum hood???

So the question remains...are we looking at a new platform (V36)? The Japanese car mags seem to think so...

We'll see in about 21 hours...UNLESS SOMEONE working the show in NY can snap a few pics and post up some specs!

SOMEONE'S gotta be waxing this thing RIGHT NOW!!!
Well, looks like we have our answer with the pics. Based on the roofline, I'm guessing we have ourselves a V35.5 -

Sorry about that, jumped the gun on that post- thanks for the clarification. That is what I suggested in the first place !!
And the Japanese website suggested as much too.

Could still have the struts, my '97 Lariat had struts with the aluminum hood.
