07 G Sedan has 10" woofers in front doors!

that's what the video said but we'll see what really makes it in to production. I doubt 10" woofers in the door will make it.

and I think my coupe makes a loud "thud" whenever I close my door with my windows open, i could already hear the loud"THUD" with the 10inch woofer lol

 

maybe its the design of the 3 speakers that is designed to sound like a 10"

They have to be the Bose woofers. The neo magnet for those is in front so it will be hard to replace with a "normal" woofer. Morel or Dyne maybe...

 

Just read today that the '07 G will also feature a 9.5GB HD to store music files. It also seemed to hint that the deck will be able to directly ingest music CDs and covert them into digital file format for storage and playback from the HD. This seems to be a different direction than competitors such as BMW who have relegated such things to integrating an iPod interface for their decks instead.

Personally, I hate iPods and although Steve Jobs is uber-god in the techno-cool industry, I hate the smug, fart sniffing, and self absorbed hipster lifestyle his company advocates.

So: Infiniti: 1 iPod: 0
