This issue should also be asked in your mod forum. That might clear up some things.
Anyone even ask yet?

has this been cured yet?

If you guys want to keep all the guests out then restrict everything so they have to register if they want to view pics, threads or whatever.

It's frustrating for all of us (even the staff), but spreading negativity isn't going to get it fixed any faster.

nothing is going to get it fixed any faster... that has been made very clear.

I wouldn't be so miffed if it wasnt for the "renewal notice" I recently received. What a joke!

Unfortunately, it's not in our hands, it's up to IB to fix the issues. Like Christian stated, it's frustrating for ALL of us, not just you. Like you, I wish the issues would of been fixed some time ago, but I also have the patience to ride it out until they are. For me, this forum has provided me with a great deal of information, entertainment and friendship to complain about some performance issues over the last few months.......but that's just me.

I wasn't asking anyone in here to fix anything... I don't have any reason to believe "it's in your hands"... I'm voicing an opinion... and very valid opinion... like it or not - it is what it is... and I absolutely won’t be renewing.

If anyone is offended by me stating my frustration/opinion, sorry - but if it's out of your control I see no reason for offense... nothing I have stated blames staff... I could understand being offended if it is your fault.

I have been tolerant of issues - but I'm going to voice the frustration... especially when I got an email requiring money!

You guys can spin control all you want – and hide behind the patience motto… but the issues are completely ludicrous.

Just stating my opinion.

Again - if renewal notices were held back until the obvious problems are fixed, I would not be nearly as perturbed.
