It would be nice to also have those sub-category links when browsing wheels/tires section IMHO.

^ +1000 yes. It would be great to be able to access older FS threads again.

Is this planned to be implemented back?

hrmmm. That is a good point. Perhaps a forum of 'archived' FS: threads?

^ the old FS threads still show up in the search results, but if I click on anything created prior to May 2010 it actually takes me to that category... Just wondering what happened to those threads....

We're trying to get what we need out of the new system without completely going back.

these are the only valid things I see that are really different other than a slightly different look. If your issue is with the new post template, I can tell you that's probably not going away. It saves us a lot of time, and ensures a lot more people are getting the required content into their posts.

yep, those are really the only 2 items that i still have an issue with. are either of them going to be addressed? if the answer is no, then just tell us so we can all move on.

the template is a good idea, IMO, but it does make editing older for sale threads a PITA. i guess that doesn't matter anymore though since we no longer have access to those threads

Robb posted something about an archive forum...hopefully we can do something like that.

The other issue, I'm not sure if that's even possible given the current setup.

I'll try to get you an answer.

Archive should be up and running within a week. It's just going to take some time to migrate all the data over.
