Thanks for clarifying that Kernel.

I agree Part 1 was great, but why oh why did IB continue with the rest of this hacking of the Marketplace. I sincerely hope we can get it back.

It really scares me as to what they are doing to this site. What's next ? I know I for one will not be renewing my Premier Membership when it expires.

Everyone, as kernel has said, we are listening, and we are working to try and figure out how to make this work the best for everyone.

Please refrain from looking for someone to blame, and take assurance that the entire site staff is working together to come up with a solution.

We know Robb, and the efforts are appreciated.
I think I speak for most of us when I say that you're just the guy stuck with the job of cleaning up this mess.

We're just a little frustrated and need a place to vent.
No hard feelings.

I liked the fixed sections that were required to fill out when posting a new for sale thread. I knew when I opened any item for sale, I would see the details up front and an image of the item for sale. If we could revert back to that, I think everyone would be happy. Hell, if we are able to get back the sub-categories to see those items for sale we would be happy.

So just change it back to the previous format.

I've worked with enough web software that I don't believe in the word "can't" anymore.

I agree with the majority here. The Market Place of a month ago was much better. This new setup is bad enough to where any new changes will just make it better than the initial change of a week ago

It was a communication error on both parts (Staff, Interbrands) as we didn't expect to be anything like this nor did IB explain the new setup before they moved forward with it.

Agreed, but unfortunately I believe this involved some serious changes. I'm hoping I can get to hear from someone in IB's IT department to better understand what was done.

Basically, the short answer I've gotten for now is the only way we can roll it back is if we get rid of all threads/posts from the last 6 weeks.

I have faith that there's another way around it, but suspect it will take a lot of time to fix.
