We work together as a team. We discuss important issues that arise among ourselves prior to taking action. We keep each other informed of whats going on. A staff member cannot just act immaturely, dishonestly and in a biased manner because we don't make decisions in a vacuum. Everything is documented so if someone was acting dishonestly the rest of the staff would know about it. We have an excellent group of staff here and we all act in a fair and honest manner.

Like I've said before (I sound like a broken record at this point) if anyone has an issue please don't hesitate to PM myself or another Admin. Thanks.
