As per Marcus/CandlestickPark - "we are experiencing very slow site speeds right now. IB is aware of the issue and is working to solve it. Site speeds should be back to normal this afternoon/evening."

Seems right about this time but a bit earlier it logjams both here and 350z...but right now 10 minutes later it's fine or at least reasonable.
