Looks like Stillen front bumper on the older G have something in common with new 3 vent bumper on G37

 

Did anyone who was there see where the back-up camera was? (I am assuming it had nav)

 

it looks sooo nice! I just got a call yesterday afternoon to come in Wednesday to see the G37 from 1-6PM! I guess I will be taking a LONG lunch break!!!!

 

Has anyone asked the guys at Stillen about driving impressions?

 

the G37 is growing on me for sure, my main concern is the HORRIBLE chrome lip in the rear. Now that I see this one I am back on the boat but I have a question. Someone said you can only get the lip with the sport coupe, is it possible to get an auto sport coupe I think I saw that the sport is manual only? Am I wrong?

 

Yes, you can get the sport on the AT, because that is how I ordered mine.

 

Yes, I ordered the Sport A/T as well. Obsidian Black without the optional spoiler. Since they all come with the chrome lip anyway, I'm going with that until I convince myself it needs to be covered up with the optional spoiler which I'm sure is a simple add-on. With all of the pictures flying around, I have yet to see Obsidian Black that isn't a photoshop.

Still looking for the NAV back-up camera lens on this production mule at Stillen. It's gotta be that thing in the left rear tail light lens. I don't see anything else in any of the tons of photos taken. Which are all excellent BTW!!

 

It's clearly a trunk release button man. This G doesn't have the rear-backup camera.

Everycar that has one, including the Nissan Armada, has some black lense and 4 sensors on the bumper. i dont see any sensors on this G. Sensors aid in reversing and lets u know when ur way too close. all OEM cars with reverse camera has them.

 

The thing in the left tail light lens was the trunk release button. I'm not so sure that car had a backup camera.

Also for those commenting on the ride height, the G37 does look deceptively larger than the G35. It is wider and longer by a slight margin, but is actually lower. The roofline is also less bubbly and more aggressive. Trust me, when you stand next to it for an hour (preferably not in red), you will grow to like the G37.

Yeah, kind of like the event that was held in New England for the 2007 G35 sedan. There they had 4 or 5 cars (so I could tell by the pics posted on this board) with package and color combinations. I'm sure Infiniti will host something like that with the coupe as well, soon. I'd love to see a daytime Ivory Pearl pic on this coupe since the sedan seems to wear it so well.

 

Just a question to get out of the way...for those of you who saw the coupe at stillen what did you think of the room for the passenger seats in the back?

 

^^ One person said they were worse than the 1st gen. I also checked the specs and it is true. Less headroom and leg room - and it was already pretty bad if you were taller than 5'-5".

 

what happen to the rear chrome lip
now its painted..looks alot better

 

The G37 in the picture has the optional rear spoiler.
