Just curious. i'm looking atg a 2010 g37s coupe, with 29,000 miles. when i start it up, white smoke comes out like a cloud. if you rev the motor up, it comes out again. any idea what that is? i'm thinking head gasket. any input would be great. thanks

is it cold? could be condensation.

Check under the oil cap, if it's milky, thick, etc. Anything other than what oil should look like.

Sounds like a headgasket failure...awfully new car for headgasket failure...wow, abused heavily by previous owner or just horrible luck.

White smoke = oil (rings)
Blue smoke = coolant (headgasket)

Is there soot (a dirty/sticky black layer) in your tail pipe?

Other way around, white = coolant, which means headgaskets, or intake manifold gaskets in cars with coolant crossovers built into the manifold.

Blue smoke = oil, which is valve guides, valve stem seals, or rings
