So my 06 projectors were really cloudy and beyond repair as the damage was inside especially with the stress cracks. So, anyone looking for replacement lenses and can find these cheap like i did. Do it, then just clear coat them.

So, I bought a set of these ebay lights for 200 bucks new.

Nice so it fit perfectly? Bc its been asked many times if the lens were swappable and the answer was no. U could probably sell the clear strip for $20 lol

Two tabs are off and the top corner has a small gap. But the screws work and it all sealed just fine

Same thing is happening to my passenger side 06 projector and the inside is also clouding. Thought I was the only one.

Yep. The bezels swap right out and it's pretty simple. That's why I posted this because everyone talks about it but I've never seen it verified.

I just checked again and all the tabs actually line up, I was looking at the wrong thing.
Anyway, see the 3 tabs / holes in the plastic?

Here is the gap at the top corner

And how they look now

Again, all the screws went in the lenses just fine and they are sealed.

I've been busy. So this is the teardown of the new motor before being sent off to the machine shop, getting the bay painted and some carbon work that I am doing. Just waiting for the polished parts to show up from Baid and then i can start getting the motor put together, since it only took them 5 days to do the machine work.

WOW, you're not playing around. One day I'll be in your shoes (especially if I get this new job) lol. I guess you're aiming for 600whp or more with a list like that, you can't go wrong. I remember, years ago. Probably 10 or more years earlier, their was a guy (I think he was a pilot), he had a G coupe with the same kind of work you're doing. If memory serves me correctly (and it does) it was making 700 plus horse at the wheels. The only thing that made it stand out was his wheel and tire setup. He had 20's but, everything was done right. Nothing flashy but, if you tried him. You were in for a huge surprise.
