G35 rod knock. What to do

Hello I am new to the form as of today. I have a question for all of you about what to do about this rod knock. I found a G37 3.7 engine for $100 that has a 118 thousand miles on it. I was wondering if I can take a lot of this stuff off my block to make it compatible with my car. Is the block the same? can I take all the stuff off of my block that is plugging to my ECU and make it work? Well it just pull up to my car and my transmission? Please let me know what to do because my wife is pregnant and I need a answer ASAP. Thank you for reading. Comment below if you have any answers.

Not sure what year G35 you have but the 3.7 stuff wont work without modification / machining / and balancing. Cheaper to just find a VQ35DE or VQ35HR depending on your year.
