Yes I tried that.
Does it have to be held down,or just taped once.

 

hold it down, push the button.

 

Maybe the seatbelt has to be clipped?
Door must be closed?
Pedal must be held down?
Must be in park obviously...

I wonder what would happen if I manually started the starter while having the key in the area.\

 

is it in park?

 

if you dont know how to use a engine start button then you shouldn't own this car.. honestly..

I got the car busted up and was trying to figure out why it wouldnt start.
Once I got the main problems fixed, the start thing was pretty self explanatory.

I would like to know more about the inteligent key and pushbutton tho.
My 2nd car,the parts car,I stripped totally to repair my good car...I have a whole system,engine trans,ecu,harness and key.... And Im wondering where the start button computer is? Think its in the main computer? Theres a box beneath the steering wheel attached by welds.Im wondering if thats the key computer.

Not much info out on these cause there so new.
